Try a New Year's Read-olution 

Make a Reading Resolution in 2011

A few great ideas they suggest are:

 - Decide to read a certain number of books in 2011. 

- Bring a book along & get caught reading in public

- Commit to start reading to your kids - or to read to them more often!
